Samsaen, located in New York City's Hudson Yards, is a bold and refined interpretation of Thai cuisine by Chef Dhanapol ''Oak'' Marprasert. Named after the Bangkok neighborhood of his childhood, Samsaen reflects Chef Oak's personal journey, extensive travels, and decades of culinary experience spanning Bangkok, Tennessee, and Queens.
The menu goes beyond traditional Thai offerings, presenting a unique exploration of flavors and techniques that honor Thai heritage while pushing culinary boundaries, featuring everything from casual Thai street food to elevated royal Thai cuisine.
